Repairing the Walls

 It was a quieter week this week. with quite a bit of rain.  I don't think the bricklayers were there this week. They are nearing the end of their work.

 Work was on the roof of the side extension. They have added this really thick foam insulation (at least 10 cm deep) , topped it with plyboard and edged the whole thing in wood.

Upstairs we have windowsills added to all the windows. the loft room was plastered.  Repairs have been made to all the plaster and brickwork in the other rooms.  

It still looks like a building site, but we like to think it is starting to look like a house again.
