Matthews Mansion

Another quiet week at the house, with just pigeons in residence. So we have done a little DIY destruction on the back fence. And wrestled with the monster ivy vine. And tried to put the fence back together afterwards. The builders should be putting the new fence panels in.

The builders are gone.  I don't think anything much got done this week.  So it is tools down outside until they come back or they get another team in.  There was an electrician.  And there is talk of getting someone into do tiling and plastering next week. So we have the site to ourselves and decided to do some gardening on the back fence.

First the doors  Then then Wall Then then steel goes in.  And here are our new tenants, who think our boarded up window is a great place to live. 

Great big beams of steel have been delivered.  In what I expect was a lot of pushing and shoving on rollers the steel has been dragged around the back to the extension.  And more walls.
